Through the form on the site

When you fill in the project form, we receive:

• your answers: the type of space, where it is (including the city or country, if you type them), its size, its stage, the fit-out budget, when you would like to start and how you heard about us;
• your name, phone number and email;
• your note, if you choose to write one;
• the date you sent it and the page language (Romanian or English).

When you message or call us

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we receive the details you give us in that conversation.

Through forms in Facebook and Instagram ads

If you fill in a form in a Pixel Walls ad on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details that form asks for.

To respond to your request: to understand the project, contact you and send you our offer. The legal basis is that you asked us to, before any contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Filling in the form is not mandatory, but without your name, phone number and email we cannot get back to you.

We do not use your data for newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell it.

Answers from the form are not stored on the website's server. When you send them, a Google script (Apps Script) saves them to a Google Sheets spreadsheet in the studio's Google account and emails them to the studio's Gmail inbox.

Only the Pixel Walls team handling requests sees them.

We use these providers:

• Google (Apps Script, Google Sheets, Gmail): keeps the form answers and the emails;
• Romarg: hosts the website and the contact@pixelwalls.ro address, which forwards our emails to Gmail;
• Google Fonts: the site's font loads from Google's servers, so Google receives your browser's IP address;
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you message us there.

Google's servers may also be outside the European Union, including in the US. For these transfers, Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (details from Google).

Requests that do not turn into projects are kept for 2 years from our last conversation, then deleted. If we work together, the data stays for as long as the contract runs, and the contract and invoices are kept for as long as the law requires.

You can ask us at any time to delete it sooner, except for documents the law requires us to keep.

The site does not use cookies and has no tracking tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent.

The server hosting the site (Romarg) may log IP addresses and the pages visited, for operation and security.

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply.

You can ask us at any time:

• to see what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• to correct or complete it;
• to delete it;
• to restrict its use or object to it;
• to send it to you in a format you can use elsewhere.

If you believe we have not respected these rights, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) at dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in the EU country where you live.
